1. Who provides the service
The experiences are run by Mr Lux Motors SL (trading as MR Offroad Experience) · Tax ID B25927203 · Camí del Papalús, S/N, 17310 Lloret de Mar (Girona), Spain · reservation@mroffroadexperience.com · +34 633 85 94 76.
2. Booking and payment
You book on this website: choose the experience, date, time and number of people, and pay securely with Stripe (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). Your booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email. Prices include VAT and everything listed for each experience: vehicle, equipment, guide, fuel and insurance.
3. Duration
The advertised duration is actual experience time. The welcome, the safety briefing and getting your gear ready take place separately, before setting off.
4. Requirements
- Drivers must be adults and hold a valid driving licence (EU or international licence valid in Spain).
- Children can take part as passengers from the age of 4, always with their parent or legal guardian. They never drive.
- You must follow the guide’s instructions and the safety briefing at all times.
- We may refuse participation, without refund, to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who does not respect the safety rules.
5. Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the start of the experience, with a 100% refund. If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance or do not show up, the amount paid is not refunded.
6. Weather and force majeure
Experiences also run in the rain: waterproof gear is included. If we have to cancel a departure because conditions put safety at risk, or due to force majeure, you can choose between a new date or a 100% refund.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under article 103.l) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date. The cancellation policy in section 5 applies instead.
8. Insurance and liability
All experiences include insurance. Participants are liable for damage caused to the vehicle or to third parties through negligent use or by not following the guide’s instructions.
9. Gift cards
Gift cards are redeemed by entering their code when booking on this website.
10. Complaints and governing law
You can send any complaint to reservation@mroffroadexperience.com. Complaint forms are available to consumers. These terms are governed by Spanish law; if you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
